Artistic Residency "La Puebla de Cazalla 2023"

Artistic Residency "La Puebla de Cazalla 2023"

The city council of La Puebla de Cazalla is organizing an Art Program in the “Centro de Día Ocupacional Municipal” of the town. This program is part of a larger art project created in 2014 which is articulated in three fundamental acts: the workshop, the artistic residency and the “Jornadas de Art Brut”. The Artistic Residencies are imagined as a shared space between the members of the Council and upcoming artists. The collaborations are developed in the complete respect of different sensibilities and artistic expressions, in order to facilitate growing creativity from both parts.

Registrations are now open! You can apply from the 24th of April to the 10th of September 2023.

For the 2023 edition, Alegría Castillo, head of the artistic creation programme, is calling for every artist who is interested in an Artistic Residency to work together with the members of the Occupational Center. Among all the applications, only three projects will be chosen by the council.
